University hosts successful Run for Education

1030

The University of Limpopo (UL) celebrated Women’s Day by hosting the Run 4 Education Half Marathon which started on the B and C rugby fields between the old and the new Peter Mokaba Stadiums on Sunday.
The event offered a 5 km fun run, 10 km and 21,1 km in various categories and generous prize money in each category. Hundreds of athletes braved the chilly morning breeze to participate.
One of Polokwane’s most popular athletes, Jane Mudau finished second overall in the open class.
