Black Leopards Football Club has reappointed Kostadin Papic as head coach for the remainder of the 2015/16 Premier Soccer League season.
Papic was at the helm of the Venda- based outfit in the 2013/14 season before joining Polokwane City Football Club in September last year.
He left City last month due to a string of poor results this season. Under him the club was struggling as they only managed a single victory after eight matches.
Black Leopards Spokesperson, Berry Ramunenyiwa said the decision to bring back Papic follows after they worked well with him in the past. “He signed until the end of the season. After the season will negotiate with him and see what happens. The most significant reason why we brought him back is that he took us to the promotional play-offs and we had a good working relationship with him. The supporters called for his return and we had to listen because they are always there for us. The players love him too and we believe he will revive the team and under him we will collect the points we lost since the beginning of the season,” Ramunenyiwa said.
