Tiny little Miss Limpopos crowned at Meropa’s fun day


Little Miss Limpopo Princess and Tiny Miss Limpopo were crowned at Meropa Casino and Entertainment World on Saturday during a fun day at Meropa’s Wild Thingz.
The winner of Little Miss Limpopo Princess 2018 is Marloine Botha with the first princess being Jasmine Nagel and the second princess being Leoné Venter.
The winner of Tiny Miss Limpopo 2018 was Juney Vermaak with the first and second princesses being Angela Maraba and Mogofani Makoti respectively.
A special prize and title were also awarded to Marlione as Miss Talent. Pageant prizes included a gift hamper from Tazzy Toys and vouchers from fashion designer Erica Mengouchi, House of Asante Spa, Ten Pin on Grimm, Let Love Photography, Villa Maroela Lion Farm and The Hub.
Local singer Ntsikwane Raphesu was on hand to entertain the audience during intervals while at Meropa’s Wild Thingz, children could have their faces painted, play on the jumping castle or play several games such as musical chairs.
Speaking on behalf of the organisers of the pageant, Gerhard Backhouse said the day was extremely successful and a wonderful learning curve for the excited young finalists. “Thanks to everyone who had a part in making the day the success it was,” he added.
