Verskeie plaaslike laerskoolatlete het Saterdag aan die distriksbyeenkoms in Seshego deelgeneem en puik presteer. Dié atlete sal op 6 Maart aan die provinsiale byeenkoms in Mookgophong deelneem om so te kwalifiseer vir die nasionale byeenkoms.

Dorothy Langa Primary School in Seshego Zone 2 will be looking for glory when they represent the province during the Danone Nations Cup finals in Soweto on 29 and 30 May.
The team, motivated by the Limpopo u.19 team’s triumph in the Metropolitan National Championship in Durban a fortnight ago, will battle it out against Burkeville (Eastern Cape), Caluza (KwaZulu-Natal), Kalksloot (Northern Cape), Phakami (Western Cape) and Maru a Matona Primary School (North West).

The people of South Africa are held hostage by its leaders. This according to Congress of the People (Cope) presidential candidate, Mvume Dandala Africa in a final bid to woo voters at Cope’s National Rally held at Seshego Stadium last Sunday.
He stressed out that leaders, who love their people and their country will never threaten their own people.
