Stanford alumnus chosen for Zim national team


Stanford Lake College alumnus Dylan Baptista has been selected to play centre for the Sables, Zimbabwe’s national rugby team.
Baptista matriculated from SLC in 2012 where after he spent a few years playing for Reading Rugby Club in the United Kingdom. He currently plays winger for Tottonians in the London 1 South league.
The Sables, coached by former Springbok trainer Peter de Villiers, will play numerous fixtures over the coming weeks in an attempt to qualify for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
