Karatekas excel at SAs

Karatekas from JKA Pietersburg Karate Club competed in the South African Karate Championships in Johannesburg on 6 and 7 June.
Kealebogo Talane, u.12 received a bronze medal for free fighting while Cornia Classens also u.12 received a gold medal for kata and as well as free fighting. Terrens van Wyk, u.13 took a bronze medal in free fighting.
Gadima Seriti, u.14 received a silver medal for free fighting and was chosen with Louise Stoltz, u.18 to compete in the JKA African Cup in September. Only the best eight karatekas in each age category qualify for the JKA African Cup.
