The trail of destruction left by elephants along the Limpopo River. The overpopulation of elephants in the area threatens the natural environment in which bushbuck, waterbuck and even humans lived for centuries. It also destroyed hundreds of indigenous trees that have been around for centuries. Insert: Indigenous trees that have been ring barked by elephants will never grow again.
