Laerskool Pietersburg-Oos (Osies) het met die louere weggestap na spog-rugby wat die toeskouers beïndruk het.
Osies het Vrydag teen Laerskool Kollegepark te staan gekom en met 22-5 gewen.

What appeared to be a peaceful protest march by municipal employees aligned to the South African Municipal Workers’ Union (Samwu) and the Independent Municipality and Allied Trade Union (Imatu) turned ugly when the city’s streets were ravaged with litter and burning rubbish bins on Monday.
A large crowd gathered at the city’s municipal offices near the CBD to hand a memorandum of their grievances to Polokwane Executive Mayor Thabo Makunyane.

No swine flu alert

Despite an extensive awareness campaign on lethal swine flu, the Department of Health and Social Development has not alerted the province on confirmation of the first case indicative of an international threat within its borders last Wednesday.
After the first incident was recorded in Limpopo a week ago, no further cases were reported thus far.

According to the Executive Director (Corporate Affairs and Strategy) of COAL, Prof Alfred Nevhutanda there will be indirect job creation in Musina and the surrounding communities.
